How to calculate it
- Measure three outside edges in one unit.
- Sort them as longest, second, and shortest.
- Calculate girth = 2 × (second + shortest), then length plus girth = longest + girth.

For 40 × 30 × 50 cm, the longest edge is 50 cm. Girth is 2 × (40 + 30) = 140 cm, length plus girth is 190 cm, and volume is 60,000 cm³.
